At TimeBMX, we stand by the quality of our merchandise. If you receive a defective product, we’ll make it right in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns for Defective Products

We accept returns only for products that are faulty, defective, or not as described. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, email orders@timebmx.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the defect

  • Clear photos of the issue

If your return is approved, we will offer a replacement in the first instance. If a replacement is unavailable or the defect is considered major under Australian Consumer Law, you may choose between a replacement or a refund.

Once we receive the returned item, we will post a replacement within 7 days and confirm shipment by email.

No Returns for the Following

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size or colour selection

  • General wear and tear

  • Customised or personalised items

  • Products marked ‘Final Sale’ or Sale items

Please check sizing before purchasing.

Return Shipping Costs

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping and re-shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

International Orders

We ship worldwide, but customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees. Return shipping costs for defective items may vary based on location.
